Frequently asked questions
How does StudyBridge work?
StudyBridge connects international students directly with universities and accredited recruitment agencies. Browse 1,400+ programs, compare tuition and entry requirements, then submit your application entirely online. Our platform tracks every step — from document upload to final decision.
Is StudyBridge free for students?
Yes. Creating an account, browsing programs, and submitting applications through StudyBridge is completely free for students. Universities and agencies pay a platform fee — you never will.
What documents do I need to apply?
Requirements vary by program and university, but most applications require academic transcripts, a valid passport, a personal statement, and proof of language proficiency (IELTS, TOEFL, or equivalent). Each program page lists its specific requirements so you know exactly what to prepare.
Which countries and universities are available?
StudyBridge currently lists programs from 500+ universities across 30+ countries, including Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Australia, and more. We add new partner institutions regularly.
How long does the application process take?
Processing times differ by university and program. After you submit, most universities provide an initial response within 4–8 weeks. You can track your application status in real time from your StudyBridge dashboard.
Can I apply to multiple programs at once?
Absolutely. You can apply to as many programs as you like from your dashboard. Each application is independent, and you can manage documents, track statuses, and communicate with universities all in one place.
Do I need a recruitment agency to apply?
No. Students can apply directly to any program on the platform without an agency. However, if you work with a registered StudyBridge agency, they can guide your selection, review your documents, and support your application — at no extra cost to you.
What language proficiency scores are accepted?
Most universities accept IELTS Academic (typically 6.0–7.0 overall) or TOEFL iBT (80–100). Some institutions also accept Duolingo English Test, Cambridge C1/C2, or French programs accept DELF/DALF. Exact requirements are listed on each program page.
